How engagements run: confidentiality, fees, rescheduling and ending early.

01The agreement

These terms cover coaching engagements with Helena Marsh. A short engagement letter sets out the programme, the fee and the dates; where the two differ, the letter wins.

02Confidentiality

What you say in a session stays there. Where a company sponsors the work, the sponsor receives themes and progress only. The single exception is a serious risk of harm to you or to someone else.

03Fees and invoicing

  • Fixed programmes are invoiced half at the start and half at the midpoint
  • Monthly engagements are invoiced in advance on the first of the month
  • Invoices are due within fourteen days

04Rescheduling

Sessions moved with more than forty-eight hours' notice are rearranged at no cost. Sessions cancelled inside that window are charged.

05Ending early

Either of us can end an engagement with thirty days' notice. If the midpoint pulse shows no movement and a change of approach does not help, the remainder is not billed.

06What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy, legal advice or financial advice. If something outside my competence comes up I will say so and help you find the right person.
